By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions:
1. Payment in full is required prior to shipment.
2. Credit card payments for orders will be processed at the time we receive your order.
3. Credit card payments for items are processed at time of shipment.
4. There may be occasions when products are backordered or discontinued by the manufacturer. RZN NUTRACEUTICALS, INC. (RZN) shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from such an occurrence.
5. All items are shipped DHL or USPS unless otherwise noted. All orders shipped via DHL or USPS are fully insured for the face value of the item(s). If an item is damaged or lost, please notify us immediately and we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue. Please be advised that while we serve as your advocate during this process, RZN, its employees or affiliates are not responsible for the outcome of any shipping claim process. We will do everything we can to bring your claim to an expeditious and fair outcome.
6. All damaged items may be returned within 30 days for replacement. All unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges.
7. RZN shall not be liable for the misuse of any product.
